Ordering FAQ

How do I make a purchase?

It's easy to place an order with us. You need to select your size and click on the “Add to cart” button on the product page. The cart will appear on the right upper corner and an overview of the items added will be displayed. If you are happy with your selection, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button and fill in all the required information required for payment and delivery. Check everything's ok and you're good to go.

How to ask for assistance?

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled by us, meaning no tracking details were sent to you, you can cancel your order, by letting us know via email Once your order has been dispatched, unfortunately you cannot cancel it.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Once the order has been successfully placed, you will see a message on the same page, letting you know if everything went fine. Also, you will receive an email confirmation with your order.

What are the payment methods?

We currently offer payments with Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, ApplePay.


How long it will take for the order to be shipped?

We try to deliver all orders on the next business day. This may differ in the busy seasons or holidays. If you need your order to arrive to you until a specific data, you can let us know on the notes section when placing an order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the shipping number and link to track your order.

How much does the shipping cost?

Currently, SKRT is offering free standard shipping worldwide(3-5 business days). Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bucharest, Romania, through one of our partners: DPD, GLS or UPS, depending on the destination country. For all orders over 550EUR, free express shipping is included. If your order is less than 550EUR, but you want us to ship it express (1-2 business days), you can select `Express Shipping` at checkout at a fee of 25EUR and your order will be shipped right away.

Are there any Custom Duties to pay?

Currently, SKRT is offering all custom duties for all orders outside EU. There won't be no extra costs.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, except for Ukraine, Russia and Belarus (due to the current war situation).

My order did not arrive, what should I do?

If your order does not arrive, please check the shipping status using the tracking link we have send you. If you still need help you contact us at:info@skrtlabel.comor via our live chat and our team will assist you right away.

Returns/Exchanges & refunds

How can I exchange an item?

You have 14 days to return or exchange an item. If you would like an exchange, please inform us atinfo@skrtlabel.comabout your decision. You will have to send us back the item and place another order with the new item on our website. The full refund will be initiated to you right after the return has been accepted by us.

How can I return an item?

You have 14 days to return an item.To initiate a return, please contact customer support by email at to assist you with the shipping details/returning label. 

After that, simply ship the items back to us. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

Please note, the shipping and any customs fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs.

Will I get a full refund?

You will get a full refund once the package has arrived and has been accepted by us, within the next 7 days. The shipping costs are not subject of refund. If the items are not in their original condition, tag is missing or they present any defects, we cannot accept the refund and it will get returned to you.

Can I refund items on SALE?

Items on final SALE cannot be refunded(items purchased via promotional codes of 15% off or higher are considered SALE). The customer can choose to either exchange the item/items or to receive store credit valid for 60 days.


Does my card information gets stored?

SKRT does not store your card information. Every transaction is secured via 3D Secured and it is being done through Stripe and PayPal. We have implemented Stripe and PayPal’s client-side token authorisation, which makes us PCI-DSS compliant. Every time you enter your credit card information, a Stripe or PayPal token is created, which can be used only once.

Will my credit card be charged automatically?

SKRT charges automatically when the order has been successfully processed on our website.
